How Does Hot Pot Vermicelli Eat

Vermicelli is made from sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc. as raw materials, and is made by grinding and precipitation. All parts of the country have their own unique production process. The original body is grey-white, yellow or yellowish-brown. According to the shape, it can be divided into round vermicelli, thin vermicelli and wide vermicelli. The taste is smooth and elastic.

Practice Of Sweet Potato Vermicelli

  1. Boil the cabbage pieces, shredded kelp and vermicelli in boiling water until soft, remove and set aside;

  2. Put the frying pan on the fire, and pour in the blended oil, when the oil is 60% hot, put the meat slices and chopped green onion into the pot at the same time and fry, when the green onion is fragrant, add the bean paste, stir fry to get the flavour, then add the cabbage, Shredded kelp and vermicelli in the pot and stir-fry, add 1.5 litres of water, add soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, croquettes, and fried tofu cubes after the water boils, simmer for 5 minutes on high heat, and 15 minutes on low heat.



Practice Of Minced Meat And Sweet Potato Vermicelli

  1. First, fold the vermicelli into small pieces, and soak in warm water for 30 minutes;

  2. Chop the lean meat into minced meat;

  3. Mix the minced meat with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder, and goreng powder, add a small amount of cold boiled water and mix well;

  4. Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and when the oil is heated to 6~70%, add the mixed minced meat, quickly stir fry for two minutes, and then remove from the pot;

  5. Add the right amount of oil, cook until 6~7 mature, and add dried chilli shreds, ginger shreds, and minced garlic;

  6. Add vermicelli and sauerkraut, stir fry quickly, and add salt and pepper powder;

  7. Finally, add the minced meat that was just boiled, add the shallots and parsley, stir fry it, and put it on a plate
