Product quality testing is mainly divided into two parts, one is microbial testing, the other is physical and chemical testing.


Zhengwen Glass Noodles Quality Control


Microbial detection can be divided into bacterial drop detection and large intestine detection. Physical and chemical tests were divided into rehydration rate, moisture content, ash content, broken rate, wire diameter, and average net weight. The testing process begins with the preparation of the solvent and sterilization of the apparatus required for the ratio and then goes to the workshop for sampling. Generally, 7 samples are taken for one variety. After taking the samples, return to the laboratory for physical and chemical tests, including the measurement of vermiculture diameter, rehydration rate, strip break rate, moisture, and ash content, according to GB17400 and GB23587 test methods; Then microbial detection was carried out in accordance with the method of GB17400. The colony was placed in an incubator for 48 hours, and the large intestine was cultured for 24 hours. Data were collected after the corresponding time. If there is a large intestine, a large intestine verification test should be carried out; Only after all the data results come out can we issue a product inspection report to determine whether it is a qualified product.
